The 10" Virtual Counter Display is fitted above or at each operator counter, kiosk, cubicle or room. It is an additional aid to directing the visitor to the appropriate service position when a counter becomes available. The counter number flashes on the screen so the visitor knows the available counter to go to. An optional sound effect can be enabled too.

The Android-based display connects via WiFi to the same Ethernet network as your QMS system. It may also be connected by wired Ethernet cable.

When the next visitor is called, the counter display flashes. The number of flashes can be defined (upto 15 flashes/seconds).

The counter display background is colour coded: * Red (closed) - when the counter is closed * Grey (standby) - when the counter is serving another customer * Green (flashing) when the counter is available for the next customer

The station name and number remain static on the display - only the background colour changes as per mode.

In 'closed' mode, the display can be programmed to display jpg images such as advertisements, information and other content.

The sleek design colour display screen can be wall mounted or ceiling suspended. it shows the current counter number. Durable construction and modern design make it both practical and visually appealing.
