Our delivery charges (which include packaging and handling) for UK Mainland and all N.Ireland BT postcodes are as follows:

Enhanced delivery services for AM (pre-Noon) Delivery, Saturday Delivery and Same Day Delivery are available for certain products and supported postcodes for an additional fee - please contact us prior to ordering to request these enhanced services.

Small Items, provided they are under £50 in net value, may be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post with Proof of Posting Certificate and in secure padded packaging.

Larger/Other Items will be sent by insured and tracked courier service. We use UPS, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL / UK Mail, FedEx and other major couriers, and local deliveries may be completed by our own drivers.

Trade or Bulk Orders requiring palletised delivery will be charged at £65 per pallet (UK mainland) and may take 1-4 extra working days beyond that stated on the product profile page for dispatch to allow for pallet preparation and hub transfer.

Stocked items are usually dispatched from our warehouse within the timeframe stated on the corresponding product page, specified in working days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays).

The processing times for orders placed after 1pm on a weekday or on a weekend, will commence the next working day.

eg. If you order a stocked item marked 'dispatched within: 1-3 working days' on a Monday morning, then it will be dispatched between Tuesday-Thursday from us.

For items marked 'SAME DAY dispatch', the order and cleared payment must be received before the cut off time 12 noon Monday-Friday (excluding English bank holidays and excluding the Christmas to New Year period of 22nd December to 2nd January), otherwise they will be dispatched the following working day.

If an item doesnt state the dispatch timeframe or states 'Ordered on Request', please contact us prior to ordering to check stock availability and lead time. Otherwise we will check and advise the lead time following receipt of your order.

Where you have requested programming or configuration of equipment, then dispatch will take some additional days depending on our technician team's work schedule.

Once items are dispatched from one of our UK warehouse locations, items sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, FedEx or UPS are typically delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) of dispatch to a UK mainland address.

Items sent from Netherlands, Belgium or Germany distribution centres are typically delivered within 2-5 working days of dispatch to a UK mainland address.

For deliveries sent by DPD, we can usually advise the 1 hour time slot for the scheduled delivery on the morning of delivery via the local depot.

Deliveries outside the UK mainland usually take longer. For delivery timescales to a particular address, please Contact Us with details of your required item(s) and full delivery address (noting that customs clearance at your local port may add time, and that unless your delivery charge says import VAT and duties are paid in advance, you are responsible for any local customs duties/tax on import).

While we always endeavour to deliver items within the advised timescales, these are best estimates given in good faith. We do not guarantee the timescale due to a number of factors outside our control. If you require a guaranteed delivery date & time, please use our Fast Track Service - see below.

Orders under £250.00: sent by Royal Mail Tracked with import VAT and duties paid in advance, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. The delivery charge includes your country's import VAT on the goods value, shown in full at Checkout and on your order confirmation.

Orders of £250.00 or more: sent by tracked courier. The delivery cost will be calculated and quoted to you by email, together with the revised order total, prior to you confirming your order and making payment (by bank transfer); you may also choose to cancel the order. Import VAT, duties and any customs fees are payable by the recipient on delivery.

We deliver to most countries in the world. For countries not listed above, the delivery cost will be calculated and quoted to you by email (or on our Quotation / Proforma Invoice), prior to you confirming your order and making payment.
