MicroTouch SoftStat software provides advanced statistical reports for the operation of your queue management system. It is installed on a Windows PC / Laptop that is on the same Ethernet network as your QMS system.

It provides both real-time statistics and historical reports.

In real-time mode it shows:
* the service status of each ticket dispenser and the paper roll end
* each service, current ticket number, no. of waiting tickets
* each counter, current ticket or in idle state

In reporting mode it provides statistics for each service and operator for the required date period.

Price includes remote setup a 30-minute remote training session (using TeamViewer).
