Q-Next Pro is designed for use where there is a single queue and the person at the front of the queue has to be directed to the next available counter. No tickets or appointments are required so it is ideal for walk-in services.

Q-Next Pro can be used at post offices, banks, retail stores, airports and similar environments that need to show the customer at the front of the queue which is the next operator, counter or service desk available to go to. It helps keep your customer / visitor queues flowing efficiently and alerts the front person instantly of an available counter position.

The standard Q-Next Pro package includes a large 32" digital display screen with integrated 20W audio speaker and tilting wall bracket, 5 wireless operator keypads, and the required control box and software. You can add additional operator keypads as required (wired or virtual android/windows app) and additional large display screens.

Upto 20 counter positions are supported using the wireless operator consoles. Upto 30 wired consoles can be used, or upto 50 virtual counter apps. See the Q-Next Add-Ons section for details.

Where your waiting customers are chatting, browsing on their smartphones or simply day-dreaming the Q-Next Pro will alert them visually on the large display screen and audibly with a tone and voice announcement of an available counter and keep your queue moving swiftly.

Each operator has a compact keypad console on their counter/desk to call the next customer/visitor. The large digital display then shows that desk/counter number and makes an audible voice announcement.

The main display screen can be configured to include your advertising and information content including images and videos. If connected to internet, it can also display live weather information and news feeds. It also shows a status summary of all the counters - showing which ones are free (in green) and which ones are busy (in red). Each counter console can be enabled / disabled at any time to show its in use.

No data cabling is required around your counters as the operator consoles are wireless. Just 1 power point is required for each console. The package also includes our wireless Access Point which provides approximately 150sqm coverage for the operator consoles and connects by Ethernet cable to your router. The main server box will need an Ethernet cable connection to your router.

You can self-label your counters with the counter number, or with the optional 10" or 22" digital counter colour displays mounted above each counter it can display the counter number in a large size and flash to show the counter is available.
