How do the Digital QMS Systems Work?
NEW VISITORS:
The touchscreen ticket printer is positioned in your reception / entrance area where new visitors can join a service queue and be issued with a ticket. Each of your services can be set up as a separate queue. The ticket generation can be either on a self-service basis or by a receptionist / security staff operating the touchscreen machine.
WAITING AREA:
Once a ticket has been obtained by the visitor, they may wait in your waiting area where a large screen will display your customised multi-media content such as videos, images and information boxes. If you have a large area, then multiple display screens can be set up.
COUNTER STAFF:
Your counter staff will each be equipped with a wireless console, a wired console, a smartphone app or desktop app. They press the 'Next' button to call out the next awaiting ticket number from their allocated service queue. (A Console or app can be set to service only a specific queue or multiple service queues). A 'repeat' button allows a ticket call to be repeated.
TICKET CALL:
When a ticket is called, the ticket number will flash up on a large box on the display with an audio announcement eg. 'Ticket Number A34, go to Counter 3".
The large display will show the last 3 or 4 previously called ticket numbers.
QUEUE MANAGEMENT:
A management app allows real-time monitoring of visitors in each queue. An optional reporting app provides visitor statistics for each service, staff member, together with stats on service durations and average waiting times.
The various components of the queue system inter-connect by Ethernet through your router. The touchscreen ticket printer and main display lcd boxes connect by Ethernet cable. The operator consoles can connect by WiFi or by RJ11 data cables.
What is the difference between our different Digital QMS Systems?
Each of our digital queue management systems is designed for different types of application depending primarily on:-
* the number of service queues
* the type of touchscreen ticket machine (eg. wall mounted, counter-top, floor standing)
For example, in a consulate you may have 3 services: one queue for passports, one queue for visas, and one queue for ID documents. Or in a clinic, you may have one service queue for vaccinations, one service queue for blood tests, one service queue for Dr Smith, and one service queue for Dr Jones.
With each QMS system you may then choose the required number and size of display screens, how many operator consoles and optional items like counter display screens.
