QS-Microtouch System Description

The QS-Microtouch is a ticket-based queue management system that is suitable for consular offices, passport offices and other organisations where a large number of walk-in visitors need to be managed, either for a single service or multiple services.

The QS-MICROTOUCH has a 9.7" touch screen, an integral ticket printer, and is supplied with a sturdy counter-top stand. It uses 80mm-width thermal ticket rolls.

The large hi-resolution 4K display screen with sound features a standard layout complete with your logo, time, weather, RSS news and shift number. The ticket dispenser allows the printing of a 3-digit ticket number complete with your business logo, time, date, initial queue position and any courtesy message or offer information.

Each operator is supplied with a console keypad so they can call the next ticket number for their service. The ticket number and operator desk/counter is then displayed on the main screen with a voice announcement. The content of the ticket, the display and the voice annoucement can be configured using the management software. Each operator can have an optional 10" or 22" counter display screen so the visitor can see the desk/counter they have to go to for their ticket number.

The systems supports upto 20 wireless operator consoles, upto 30 wired consoles or upto 50 virtual apps.

Package includes all necessary power cables and power adapters, HDMI Cable (1m) and 3 x Data Cables (3m). Longer length cables are available at additional cost.

For wireless operator consoles, we include our WiFi Access Point which works in conjunction with your router. For wired operator consoles, we include 3 x 3m data cables to daisy-chain the consoles and connect via our RS232 converter to the QMS Server- longer length data cables are available at additional cost.

NO ONGOING USAGE COSTS
There are no ongoing monthly or annual license fees to use our digital Queue Management Systems. Simply pay once to purchase the entire system outright including all necessary hardware, accessories and software licenses.

Installation and configuration services are available (at additional cost subject to prior Site Survey) which also includes system manager training.

AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
Following delivery, we provide 1 year free remote support. For support requirements thereafter you can either pay ad-hoc as any requirements arise or optionally take out a Remote Support Subscription. On-site Call-Outs and Support Subscriptions are available - please contact us with your address for a quote.




Alternative Main Display Formats

Our standard waiting area display screens are 32", 43" or 55" landscape format commercial-grade screens designed for 24/7 operation, with modern slimline design and integrated audio speakers. The standard format shows your logo on the left, advertising/information graphics/videos on the main part of the screen and the most recent ticket numbers on the right. New ticket calls appear in a large zoom window at the centre of the screen and remain for a few seconds.

Virtual Console Apps

Most sites use our physical operator consoles, either on WiFi or with wired connections. However, for greater flexibility and additional features, operators can also use a virtual software app to call the next ticket number, a particular ticket number, switch services and monitor waiting queue sizes. These optional apps are available to purchase on a lifetime licenses per device. We can optionally supply dedicated Android wifi devices if required.
