Cancellation Policy:
Cancelled till roll orders where your order has already been prepared and our driver is on the way for delivery will have the delivery charge (if applicable) and a £15 re-stocking fee deducted. No-shows for collection appointments will have a £10 cancellation fee deducted, with additional charges applicable if waiting time exceeds 30 minutes.

Payment:
Delivery and collection orders for till rolls must be pre-paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer, including any delivery charge. Regular customers may pay C.O.D. or on collection by prior agreement.
