The Abraxan Alterations POS till system from TecStore is specifically for professional clothing repair shops. It is ideal if you are a tailors shop doing alterations for suits, wedding dresses, curtains, jackets, leather garments and other outfits.

The Abraxan system has comprehensive features for printing tickets and tracking repair-service transactions, it is easy to set up, it is reliable in operation and very easy to use.

Choose from set alterations/prices to specific types of clothing, or otherwise use the FreeText facility to enter descriptive instructions and custom pricing for the alteration required and any measurement details. You can adjust prices, apply discounts and add surcharges for additional work as needed.

Each alteration job is given a unique Job Number that is printed on tickets and receipts, allowing you to easily track garments and transactions.

With the Abraxan system, the tailor will have precise instructions and measurements as to what adjustments to make and the customer will have printed ticket with the pricing. Where pricing has not been decided, you can take an initial deposit and then supplement the price afterwards.

Abraxan is not a cloud-based system, so does not require an internet connection to operate. That also makes it more secure as your data is stored on your local POS terminal, and it is much faster in use. There are no ongoing software fees to pay, just the one-off package purchase cost, so you have peace of mind.

The Abraxan Alterations package includes the SamTouch EPOS software specially configured to give you a fast, easy-to-use, comprehensive alterations business solution.

Functions for Deposit Payments, Part Payments, Void and Cancel. Staff access to different functions can be controlled. Includes staff time keeping system to record working hours for wages. Numerous sales and management reports.



The Customer Database allows you to store name, address and contact details as well as list previous completed orders for each customer. If you provide trade services then it also allows you to operate multiple price levels and loyalty schemes and operate an accounts ledger to track invoices and payments with a set credit limit. You may print either mini receipts or A4 Invoices (separate A4 printer required) which can be printed and/or emailed.

The standard package includes initial remote set up of your services price list and we provide a remote 2-hour training session. We can also optionally provide On-site Installation and Training at your premises throughout the UK - please contact us with your Postcode for a quote.



Please note: the Lead Time stated above refers to the equipment. Service for programming to setup the software has a typical turnaround time of 7-10 working days once we receive your completed form. Remote/On-site training is booked by schedule and typically accommodated at 1-2 working days prior notice.
