Prices start from £65, to cover initial inspection and upto 1 hour labour.

We can service and repair most types of branded touchscreen terminals, receipt printers, cash drawers and barcode scanners and supply a wide range of replacement parts from the leading manufacturers.

Arrange to bring your faulty equipment into our workshop by prior appointment (call us on 020 8936 7000), contact us to arrange collection by courier or to book a call out.

Everything from powering problems, drive failures, touch screen faults, print head replacement, cash drawer solenoid or roller mechanisms, cash drawer lock replacement and so on.

In most cases, we will quote and agree a fixed price with you for Parts & Labour, for the reported fault. Please note: a minimum non-refundable workshop inspection charge of £65 will apply for older equipment or physically damaged machines. See below for on-site call out fees.

If the equipment cannot be repaired the same day, loan equipment can be hired for the duration of the repair at affordable daily / weekly rates.

New equipment supplied by us will be repaired or replaced free of charge under the manufacturers warranty, subject to the warranty terms. The equipment will need to be returned by you to our workshop.

Please note:
If your hard drive or SSD has become damaged or faulty, you will require the original program to be re-installed and may need to be licensed again by the software provider and your data recovered from a backup (if you have a recent backup of it). Our hardware repair fees do not cover software re-installation / licensing or data recovery. In this case, its usually easier and cheaper to buy a new software program and start again.
