The Pro Food Labelling Pack from TecStore is put together for food distributors who either make, re-pack or import products and then distribute them to retail shops and supermarkets.

Print professional quality gloss-finish full colour labels of a high standard. Incorporate text, logo, graphics, barcode and photo content on your label design. Save your product templates for re-use to re-print labels on demand.

This printing and checkweighing pack is suitable where all items are the same net weight, such as pre-packed jars, packs, biscuits, nuts and other food items. The equipment is appropriate for low-medium volume requirements where you may be printing a few hundred labels per day.

PRIMERA LX500e COLOUR LABEL PRINTER

The Primera LX500e uses the latest high-resolution inkjet technology to print brilliant full-color product labels instantly in your office or production facility. Print on square, rectangular or circular label stationery. Ideal for wine bottle labels, packs, cans, jars and other retail products.

Your labels can include full-colour photos, illustrations, graphics, text and bar codes. Print them when and where you need them – in quantities you can really use! Best of all, depending upon the quantity you print, the price per label will be significantly less than labels printed on flexo or offset.

Printer drivers available for Windows 7/8/10+.

From initial set-up to full operation, the LX500e is easy to use. Plus, everything you need to start printing labels is included in the box. Each LX50e0 ships with label design software, a sample roll of high-gloss labels, an ink cartridge, UK power supply and a USB cable.

You could be printing full-colour labels within minutes of taking the printer out of the box.

BRECKNELL C3236 CHECK WEIGHT SCALE

The C3236 washdown checkweigher is portable with an internal re-chargeble battery gives approximately 20 hours of usage between charges or can be operated direct from mains power supply. C3235 has an auto off feature, which can be disabled, to switch the scale off after 10 minutes of inactivity. A battery charge indicator is built in to the display giving an instant check on the condition of the battery, the scale also displays battery low when recharging is required.

Available in a choice of 3kg, 6kg and 15kg capacities with resolution of 1 part in 6000 to give good accuracy.

The C3236 is scale built to work in harsh, wet environments such as portion control, food processing, meat preparation areas, catering kitchens, etc. Washable and corrosion free.

The C3236 has a 229 mm x 190 mm (9" x 7.5") platform and a bright red LED display with 13 mm (0.5") high digits.

Simple to operate the keyboard has four buttons – Off, On/Zero, Tare and Function. The Function key gives access to the checkweigher set up for targets and tolerances, unit switching and count modes.

With the Tare feature you can deduct the weight of the empty container to give you an accurate net product weight.

An audible buzzer is included which sounds when the weight is within the accept range – this can be switched off if required.
