Product Information

The Collection Fee applies when you wish to make a prior appointment by telephone to arrange collection of pre-paid goods from us or wish to personally deliver a machine for repair / programming to us. It covers our representative's time and travel cost from our office to our warehouse.

Please note: We do not have a showroom to display or demonstrate products prior to purchase. Goods are for collection only, not for preview, inspection or trial. Collection service is only for pre-paid orders.

We will agree a time and 30-minute window during our opening hours, and you will need to arrive within that time frame.

Depending on which item(s) you are collecting, we will advise you which one of our locations to attend. We have locations in NW London, Central London, York, Leeds and Wakefield - different items are stocked at specific locations.

For collecting goods with value over £25, you will will need to bring:
* an original Photo ID of the person collecting
* an original document (eg. utility bill dated within 3 months) related to the billing address of your order.
* if you paid by card, the original Credit/Debit card used for payment.

For goods under £25 value, please bring the original card used for payment.

For dropping off a machine for repair or programming:
Our representative will complete a Goods Received Form, carry out a status inspection, log any accessories and cables provided, and give you a copy of the completed form. The equipment will then be sent to our technician to carry out the work and we will contact you once it is ready for return or collection. We do not provide a "While You Wait" repair or programming service.

Please Note: Once an appointment is arranged, you must give a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel. Otherwise the fee is not refundable if you cancel your order, change your delivery / collection method or time, or do not show within the agreed time window. If you are delayed and call us to request our representative to wait, then additional waiting time will be charged at £15 per hour, pro rata, rounded up to nearest 15 minutes and will need to be paid in cash at the time.
