The Falcon Dominator Plus G3101 / G3101D is the cornerstone of kitchens up and down the UK - with six powerful open top burners, easy to clean removable hob and large 2/1 GN compatible oven, the multi-award winning Dominator Plus G3101 / G3101D is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment available for the modern kitchen. It is available from TecStore with free UK mainland delivery.

The standard G3101D has a drop-down door. The G3101 has side opening doors - see Options above.

The G3101 / G3101D also features three cast iron pan supports, five shelf positions with two shelves supplied, piezo ignition to oven and wide temperature range, making it fantastic value and a real asset in the kitchen.

Fuel Supply Model Options
Choose Natural Gas (NG) mains supply or LPG bottled propane. Hose required (purchase separately).

The G3101 OTC model variant is dual-fuel with the same gas burners but a fan-assisted electric oven for even cooking. It uses 6.5kW electric and has side-opening glass doors as standard. See options above to select fuel type and side doors.
