Get your own professional Food Ordering Website. We provide fast set up of your website with your menu and operator / owner training.

Pay the initial set up fee as above. There is then a fixed monthly fee of £59 (+vat). No commission fees. No minimum contract period, give 1 months notice anytime.

CUSTOM DESIGN
The store front features your logo and contact details, states your opening hours for Collection and Delivery orders, any Minimum Order Value and Delivery Radius, and a structured list of your Food & Drink menu items, with any optional items/extras and a photo of each dish/drink.

SAVE MONEY - NO COMMISSION FEES
You only pay the fixed monthly service charge of £59, regardless of how many orders you take. There are no other charges other than the standard card transaction charges and gateway fee by the processing bank that you sign up with (Stripe or Global Payments).

Unlike 3rd party services such as Just Eat and Hungry House, you dont have to pay any commission fees per order. Research shows that a large proportion of customers who order online through these services are your existing customers. So by providing them your own Food Ordering Website, you give them the ease of ordering online, but without you having to pay commission fees to 3rd parties. All the revenue you earn from your online orders is 100% received by you.

FULLY RESPONSIVE DESIGN
The food ordering website will operate and adapt screen size and functions to work on desktop computers, tablets and all smartphones (iOS, Android, Windows).

SAVE TIME FOR YOU & YOUR CUSTOMERS

The ordering website makes it fast and convenient for your customers to order online from you - freeing up your telephone line and staff time - you wont have to write down orders using pen & paper anymore.

Customers can choose your minimum collection/delivery time, or can choose a particular time slot after that for their convenience if they are pre-ordering several hours in advance.

Special Instructions box allows the customer to leave instructions for their food or for the delivery.

KITCHEN TICKET PRINTING
Orders placed online are immediately printed on your Kitchen Printer (separate purchase required). It contains all the customer contact details, delivery address, order details and value, and whether paid or payment to be collected.

With the Order Manager Screen, you have the option to accept or reject orders, change your delivery/collection time period and monitor orders and payments.

COMPREHENSIVE MENU MANAGEMENT
List your popular items at the top, and sturcture into your required sections such as Starters, Main Courses, Extras, Drinks and so on. Each item is listed with its description, price, photo and any options.

You can specify any cooking options (such as Mild, Spicy), any sauce options (Garlic, Chilli etc) and any salad instructions (No Salad, All Salad, No Lettuce etc) so your customers can have their food exactly how they prefer, with online order display and printed kitchen ticket there is less chance of mistakes, so you have happy customers, good feedback and more repeat orders.

The system supports Coupons, Promotions, Meal Deals and other discounting features.

CUSTOMER DATABASE
Your customers can checkout as a guest if they wish, or they can set up an account with their email address to make re-ordering easier.

You can change a customers contact details and address, blacklist problem customers by Phone Number, Delivery Address or Email Address.

DELIVERY RADIUS
You can define your delivery radius. The system will automatically calculate the distance using the postcodes. You can choose to reject orders outside your delivery radius.

ORDER MANAGEMENT & DRIVER ALLOCATION
Allocate delivery orders to particular Drivers, and keep track of deliveries and outstanding payments.

STOCK MANAGEMENT
An advanced stock management module allows you to receive deliveries, place orders with suppliers and monitor stock levels. You can define recipes to also keep track of stock for specific ingredients.

GROUP ORDER FEATURE
With the Group Order feature, your customer can specify an order person by person, when ordering for a group of several people. This allows you to prepare and pack each persons order separately.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS
The Reviews module allows your customers to leave feedback of their experience of your food and service, and give ratings. You can filter reviews and publish on your website with complete control.

You will require internet connection and a Tablet / PC /Laptop to run the Control Panel app. If you intend to connect a receipt printer and cash drawer (or use the Telephone Caller ID box) then you will require a Laptop / PC with suitable number of USB ports.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Your site can be set to "Cash on Collection / Delivery" only, or you can set up a card payment merchant account with compatible providers Paypal and Payment Sense. (Note: If you take credit / debit card payments, the provider will deduct their card processing fee from each order directly).


HOW TO ORDER

1. Place your order online with initial setup payment and your required equipment options.

2. Email us:
- your Menu
- your Logo
- your operating hours for collection orders
- your operating hours for delivery orders
- your Food/Drink Item Images

The images should be in JPG format, minimum 150 pixels by 150 pixels, all in similar proportion, with a plain background. You do not have to include images with every item. You can choose just to show the description and have an image for each category (eg. Starters, Desserts). You do not need to have images. Images can also be added / changed later if required through the Control Panel.

If providing images, please provide us with a list of each image filename and the menu item it relates to. If images are not provided as individual files in the stated format and size, then extra charges of £15 per hour will apply to cover the extra work required to format them for you.

With the menu, remember to specify any options / condiments / sauces that apply to your food items.

3. If you have your own web domain, email us the "FTP access details (server IP, username & password)". You can obtain these details from your web developer or hosting company. The Food Ordering Website can either replace your existing website, or you can have an "Order Online" link button on your existing website to transfer the customer to the Food Ordering Website. If you dont currently have any website, the Food Ordering site can be hosted for you, you dont need an existing website.

4. Once we receive all the required information from you, we will set up your website and menu (allow upto 14 days) and send you the equipment. Once the site is ready we will upload it and contact you for feedback & refinements to the menu, and to arrange an operator training session.

5. If you want to accept card payments on your Food Ordering Website we will provide you the details of the merchant account provider to apply for an account.

Your service is then ready - you can publicise it with posters on your windows, and on your menus / leaflets to all your customers.
