All our new Bizerba UK scales are trade approved and are supplied with the Setup Service (see details below) for pre-configuration of your business and product data and UK-wide on-site installation and operator briefing. Furthermore, there is a dedicated Bizerba UK Help Desk Service for any operating queries, a 1 Year On-site Warranty in the unlikely event of any hardware issues, and ongoing options for various levels of Annual Service Contracts.

Optional Peripherals
Cash Drawer
The optional Cash Drawer is available in White or Black casing colour. It connects to the scale with an RJ11 interface cable. It is a front-opening slide-out cash drawer with a 3-position lock, including a set of 2 keys for manual overlocking. The price includes the Bizerba peripheral license fee for the cash drawer. The computerised drawer will auto-open when completing a cash transaction and when running the end-of-day sales report. It is equipped with UK cash tray comprising 4 banknote compartments with spring clips, and 8 coin compartments. Dimensions: 41.5cm (Depth) x 41cm (Width) 10cm (Height).
Barcode Scanner
The optional Barcode Scanner is available in White or Black casing colour. It allows you to use the scale as a cash register to scan retail barcodes on your products such as packs, jars, cans and bottles. It connects to the scale with a USB cable. The scanner price includes the Bizerba peripheral license fee for the scanner. Product details with description, price, group and vat rate would need to be pre-entered onto the scale or using the optional PC software.
Integrated Card Payment Processing
Bizerba touchcreen scales can be configured to integrate with Dojo (Payment Sense) card payment terminals. A new Dojo merchant account is required to be set up first via ourselves. On merchant account setup, Dojo will send out its PAX A920 Card Payment Terminal with charging base. Connectivity is available via WiFi or GPRS. We can optionally supply a counter-top swivel stand. A card payment software module and license will need to be installed on each scale that will be used to process card payments - this may require a chargeable site visit if not done at the same time as the initial scale set up visit.

Bizerba Set Up Service
With Bizerba scales from TecStore a UK-Mainland installation service is provided by the manufacturer for install of the scale at your premises and operator briefing. This includes pre-configuration of the scale prior to delivery with your business data including Products, Prices and Label Layout so the machine is ready for use. The service costs £475 (+vat) and is mandatory and will automatically be added to your order. Bizerba scales cannot be supplied without this service as it facilitates the On-site Warranty.
Multiple Bizerba Scales:
Where you purchase multiple scales at the same time to have the same configuration for use as networked machines at the same premises, there is a reduced additional service cost for the 2nd machine onwards, you will only pay one charge of £475 (+vat) for the main machine, and then £195 (+vat) each for additional machines. You will also need to arrange any necessary router and network cabling at your premises prior to the installation visit via your local electrician or IT contractor - please contact us for technical details.
Important: If ordering online, you must add the main Setup Charge (£475) to your order using the Options above for your first scale. If you are purchasing multiple scales, then please add the additional machines to your Shopping Cart separately, and choose the Additional Machine setup charge (£195) for those.
Existing Bizerba Scales:
Where you have existing Bizerba scales and they are in working order, the technician will be able to transfer the settings and business data to the new machine(s) in most cases. The standard Installation & Configuration fee still applies.
Bizerba RDM Scale Management Software
The optional
RDM PC software is available for Windows computer and laptops. It provides comprehensive functions to easily manage your product data and prices on your scales.
With the optional Delivery Notes module, it provides features to print A4 delivery notes.
Bizerba CWS2 Scale Management Software
The optional
CWS2 PC software is a more sophisticated program available for Windows computer and laptops. It provides comprehensive functions to manage your product data, business information and provides various forms of transaction reporting. Easily update your product information such as prices, use by / best before periods, ingredients/allergens, storage instructions, cooking advice.
BLD (Bizerba Label Designer) app provides feature to edit the content and layout of labels.
With the optional CWS2 Customer Accounts module, it provides features for a customer database. Operate accounts for trade and wholesale customers with features to print A4 invoices and delivery notes and track account balances.
Without the optional Bizerba CWS2 PC software you can still add and edit products and prices directly on the scale via the manager menu section. But if you make additions/changes often, or you require greater control over functions and label/receipt content, or wish to operate customer accounts then CWS2 provides this in an efficient user-friendly form for a one-off license fee which includes initial remote setup and training.
