The Toshiba terminal has a 1 year on-site warranty (UK Mainland only, otherwise RTB). Honeywell equipment has a 5 year warranty. Other equipment has a 1 year warranty. The POS software is permanent, so there are no licence renewal fees to ever pay.

SERVICES

1. PROGRAMMING
Initial Free Programming includes setup of your receipt information, staff list, product groups and open product items (up to 200 items/variations), with up to half a day's work by our technician included free as part of the package price.

Programming (Standard) provides up to 1 working day of technician time.

Programming (Advanced) provides up to 2 working days of technician time and includes all the items in the Standard service, plus setup of advanced functions such as discounts, service charges, mix & match offers, deals/promotions, loyalty points/customer database, multiple VAT rates, multiple transaction types, stock management and more complex product structures.

Please contact us to discuss your product range and other programming requirements to determine which Programming Service is most suitable for you.

2. TRAINING
Remote Training covering the basic operation of the system, including sales, reports, data backup, and adding/changing products and prices, is included as a 1-hour session free as part of the package. Extended sessions of 2 or 3 hours are available.

3. ONGOING SUPPORT
Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we provide related support free throughout the warranty period. Most hardware queries can be resolved by phone or email if related to configuration issues. If equipment develops a fault, it will be repaired or replaced under the RTB warranty.

Software support for specific usage queries is available free for 1 year by phone and email during our support hours. The free phone support service is limited to 15 minutes per call/day, subject to reasonable use as specified in our Terms.

4. SITE VISITS
On-site installation and training services are available throughout the UK and elsewhere. Travel costs apply - please contact us with your postcode for a quotation.
