With our Documentation Service an expert consultant will provide customised instructions for setting up or operating your equipment or software in accordance with your particular business requirements.
This professional service can also be purchased to supplement our Training Services where you have not taken adequate notes or do not have access to the original notes made, or as a substitute for training or technical support.
Where the product manufacturer provides any instruction book, this is usually a general purpose reference guide that covers all the features of the product or basic features. Some manufacturers do not provide documentation due to the extensive and customisable nature of their product which can be used in numerous different ways. However, with our customised Documentation Service we will provide step-by-step bespoke instructions that are particular to the way you will use the product within your business.
Our fee is an hourly rate. Minimum charge is 1 hour. We can quote you a fixed fee for the total hours required once you contact us specifying your requirements:
- the Make & Model of Equipment or Name & Version of Software
- List of functions / features to document
- List of transaction types or report types to document
Documents are delivered electronically in PDF format. Bound hardcopies can be prepared for an additional fee and delivery charge.
Video tutorials can also be made for an additional fee. Please contact us with your requirements.
