Keyboard Template in Microsoft Excel format for Sharp XE-A207 cash register. Both the White and Black models have the same keyboard layout.
Re-usable so you can save, re-edit and re-print your template anytime as often as you wish.
Allows you to professionally set up your menu items in the desired print font/size, colour code each button and then print in colour to an A4 printer.
Using Excel or a free compatible program such as OpenOffice, you can type in your menu items and functions into each button position, set the required font size and colour, set the button background colour, set the horizontal and vertical alignment of the button text, and any text attributes such as bold, italic or underline.
You could, for example, colour code your button so that all Cold Drinks appear in blue, all Hot Drinks appear in red, all Sandwiches appear in Yellow and so on, creating distinct sectons that will improve productivity and enhance customer service times.
Once you have prepared and printed your new keysheet your cash register keysheet will look much more professional, it will be easier for your staff to read, resulting in less mistakes and greater efficiency.
