Product Information


SamTouch Office comprehensive cloud-based back office app for use with our SamTouch based POS systems including Titan, Sapphire and Forza.

the Ezee POS mobile app for field sales also integrates with SamTouch Office.

SALES REPORTING
Virtually live sales reporting with total sales, breakdown by category, product line, hourly sales, best sellers, cash/card and other criteria.

A Scheduler allows chosen reports to be automatically emailed at the desired interval, eg. Daily Sales Report at 11pm each day.

Reports are generated in A4 format and be printed or exported to various formats including Excel XLS, PDF, CSV, and others

SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
You can update the system with new products, price changes, discounts, promotions, amend screens, amend login passwords etc.

If you have multiple locations with variations in pricing or screen layouts then SamTouch Office allows this where the products, prices and/or screens need to be different while still allowing common management where they are the same and shared.

STOCK MANAGEMENT
Raise purchase orders, book in stock deliveries, perform stock take, stock adjustments, stock write offs, stock transfers between locations, recipes / ingredients, print product barcode labels, print shelf edge price tickets and much more.

VOUCHERS
Define voucher types and manage serially numbered vouchers which can be sold/redeemed on your branch POS system (using SamTouch POS).

LOYALTY SCHEMES
Define loyalty points schemes, allowing your retail customers to accumulate points and redeem them at any of your branches (using SamTouch POS).

SamTouchOffice runs on any web-connected device with full size screen such as a tablet, laptop or PC. We recommend a minimum 10" screen. A USB-A port and Windows operating system would be required if you wish to connect the optional label printer.

The above price is for initial setup of required features, integration with your branches and POS terminals, and upto 2 hours remote training on the back office features. Data-entry is not included - following the remote training, you will be able to easily enter your required data values related to products, stock, suppliers and purchasing. Additional training session purchase is recommended if you wish to cover the stock management module.

Annual Subscription Cost
In addition to the one-off set up cost of the back office app, there is an annual subscription fee for this cloud-based app which is £150 per annum, per POS terminal, paid annually in advance.
