Product Information

Large Display. Wireless Button(s). Optional Voice Module.

The Turnopoint QMS System display has a large, clear display with digits of 135mm height. It shows the next called ticket number and counter number. Pack includes 3 wireless controls, a ticket dispenser and a full roll of tickets.

It is suitable for busy locations with multiple counters servicing a single queue, with ticket numbers. Upto 9 counters are supported on the 1-digit Counter Display model, and upto 15 counters are supported on the 2-digit Counter Display model.

Note: The Turnopoint RF Control Buttons communicate via radio-frequency to the Main Display - this unit is therefore best suited for use on a single-floor in an open-plan area. Radio frequency signals may not extend reliably through doors, walls, windows and floors. Alternatively, please see our Wired version or see our digital Ethernet/Wifi based systems instead: QMS (Digital) Systems.

MP-MD21 Turnopoint Main Display (2 digits, 1 digit)

Electronic LED display for 2-digit ticket number, 1 digit counter number.. Made of durable ABS material, it is fitted with a bracket for mounting to a wall or ceiling. It features an acoustic horn, large digits and a zero-reset button. Multiple MP-MD21 displays can be connected to one another for the display of the same ticket and counter number across larger areas.

Radio Control for Multi-Counter Use


Radio control to the standard frequency of 433.92 MHz. It is equipped with a green color key to advance to the next ticket number (NEXT), a key for the encoding of the transmission channel (C) and a confirmation LED light.

Standard Ticket Dispenser


Ticket dispenser tear shockproof plastic red. It is equipped with a bracket for wall or free-standing engagement. Also available in alternative colours: blue, green, white, yellow and black.

Voice Module


The VOICE module is composed of a central unit and a speaker. It can be connected to all displays (2 and 3 digits). It is supplied with a number of preloaded messages in digital format that can be set by the user in relation to their needs. For large environments, the product is also equipped with low-frequency output for connection to the existing audio amplifier.

The voice module can be set to the required language:
English, Italian, French, Spanish, German.

The volume of the voice can be adjusted from a range 1 to 30.

You can opt to include a 'ding dong' tone sound before each voice announcement.

The number can be pre-fixed with your required phrase for the type of service. QMS SYSTEM SERVICES

We provide services for pre-configuration of the QMS as well as on-site installation and training throughout the UK and elsewhere. See Options above for pricing for these services.

Configuration Service
With our Configuration service we will perform the following tasks:
* Set up the queues / services and counters on the master LED screen
* Set up the Voice Announcements
* Program each physical console for the required queue / service
* Set up the the Counter Display screens

Installation & Training Service
We do not perform any building work such as carpentry, drilling, trunking, climbing ladders, access ceiling fittings or carrying out electrical wiring. You will need to arrange a professional tradesperson to carry out this work. Prior to our installation visit, we will provide an Installation Plan for you to arrange for your own contractor to fit the required power points. Where wired consoles are selected, then your contractor will also need to run the Ethernet or RS485 cables to each of your counters/desks. They will also need to fit any required wall brackets or ceiling poles with brackets, and hang the equipment in the required positions.

Our installation service is to connect the QMS system components to the specified electrical points and cable connection points. We then test all the equipment and provide training to your system manager in the operation of the system.

For site visits, our out-of-pocket travel expenses would be payable. These would be advised and pre-agreed prior to the visit.

* Connection of the RS485-Serial Adapter or Router
* Connection of the Operator Consoles (Wireless or Wired)
