Product Information


MicroTouch android app for virtual operator console use. Can be installed on Android smartphones and tablets with Android v8 or above. Requires minimum 2gb RAM to operate and at least 10mb storage space for the app.

Price is for a lifetime license for each physical android device. The license is non-transferable.

The android device will need to be connected by WiFi to the same Ethernet network as the other QMS system components.

Upto 20 virtual android apps may be operated on one QMS system.

Choice of language settings including English, French, Spanish, German and others.

* Call a selected ticket number
* Select a service queue
* View number of waiting tickets in each queue
* Repeat ticket number call
