Our range of Take-a-Ticket Queue Management Systems are low-cost, entry-level systems with an LED display screen suitable for a variety of simple queuing applications. These QMS systems have a one-off purchase cost, do not rely on any cloud connection, so do not have any ongoing monthly/annual fees.

They are used in pharmacies, retail shops, medical clinics and hospitals, banks, universities and customer services. They feature a large LED display screen showing the number of the next ticket/counter and an audible tone. You can choose a system with wired or wireless buttons and with optional voice announcement. Our LED QMS products are available for single-counter or multi-counter use and support 1 service queue and between 1-15 counters.

Recent installations include the High Commission of India in Aldwych, London.

Our lower-cost LED screen QMS systems listed above are suitable for a single service queue or one common queue. The visitor takes a small ticket with a printed number from a manual dispenser. The main LED display shows the current ticket number and counter number. There is an optional voice announcement module. Operators can have a wired console or wireless (RF) console.

The multi-counter LED systems can support upto 15 counters / desks.

Our advanced Digital QMS Systems support multiple service queues. They also print a larger customised ticket on a computerised touchscreen dispenser. The ticket shows the sequential ticket number and your customised content such as logo, information text and other graphics. The main multi-media display is larger from 32", 43", 55" or larger. It includes audio announcements and the screen content can include branding, advertising, information and graphics as well as live news and weather feed, and it displays the current ticket number as well as the most recent called ticket numbers. Operators can have a wired console, wireless (WiFi) console or use a Windows desktop app or an Android app. There is also the option of live management monitoring and statistics reporting for each queue/service and operator.

WIth our digital QMS systems, the operator can see on their console how many visitors are waiting in their queue. This feature is not possible on our lower-cost LED systems.

The multi-counter digital system support upto 20 counters with wifi consoles, upto 30 consoles with wired consoles, or upto 50 counters with the virtual windows app. The lower cost LED systems support upto 15 counters where there is a 2-digit counter display.

ALTERNATIVE TICKET DISPENSER

If you require a more robust and advanced ticket dispenser with our LED systems without the expense of a full multi-media digital QMS system, then you can replace the standard manual mini ticket dispenser with the MicroTouch Solo touchscreen ticket dispenser. It will work with all of our LED QMS systems and can be set to print 2 digit (00 to 99) or 3 digit (000 to 999) ticket numbers on either 57mm-width or 80mm-width thermal ticket rolls. The ticket content can also be customised with logo, graphics and information text.
