The shipping weight is based on the Gross Weight, including packaging / padding / box, instruction book and any media/accessories, so may not be the same as the Net Weight stated on the product profile page.

Enhanced delivery services for AM (pre-Noon) Delivery,
Saturday Delivery and Same Day Delivery are available for certain products
and supported postcodes for an additional fee.
Small Items, provided they are under £50 in net value, may be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post with Proof of Posting Certificate and in secure padded packaging.
Larger/Other Items will be sent by insured and tracked courier service. We use UPS, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL / UK Mail, FedEx and other major couriers, and local deliveries may be completed by our own staff drivers.
Trade or Bulk Orders requiring palletised delivery will be charged at £45 per pallet and may take 1-3 extra working days beyond that stated on the product profile page for despatch to allow for pallet preparation and collection.
Stocked items are usually despatched within the time stated on the corresponding product page. If an item doesnt state despatch time, please contact us prior to ordering to check stock availability and lead time.
For items marked 'SAME DAY DESPATCH', the order and cleared payment must be received before the cut off time 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding English bank holidays and excluding the Christmas to New Year period of 22nd December to 2nd January), otherwise they will be despatched the following working day.

Once items are despatched from one of our UK locations, items sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, FedEx or UPS are typically delivered within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) of despatch to a UK mainland address.
During the Covid-19 lockdown period some 3rd-party delivery services at some locations may take several days longer to deliver, and this is obviously outside our control.
Items sent from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany distribution centres are typically delivered within 4-10 working days of despatch to a UK mainland address.

For deliveries sent by DPD, we can usually advise the 1 hour time slot
for the scheduled delivery on the morning of delivery via the local depot.
For delivery timescales to non-UK-mainland addresses, please Contact Us with details of your required item(s) and full delivery address for a quote (noting that you are responsible for any local customs duties/tax on import and the associated timescales for that process at your local port).
While we always endeavour to deliver items within the advised timescales,
these are best estimates given in good faith. We do not guarantee the timescale
