Product Information

The Microprint Lite queue management system includes a touchscreen ticket dispenser, a large digital display, a tabletop control console, and software apps for the call stations. It manages up to 6 queues and up to 20 call stations.

The display monitor features a standard layout complete with the customer's logo, time, weather, RSS news and shift number. The ticket dispenser allows the printing of a 2 or 3-digit numbering complete with the logo of the business, time, date, initial queue position and any courtesy message or offer.

Call stations can use either a physical Tabletop Console (wired or wireless) to call forward the next customer, or a virtual app.

The call station app can be run on a Windows PC, Android/Windows tablet or an Android smartphone. It allows each call station to call forward the next waiting customer in their particular queue.

The included Management Software runs on a Windows PC. It allows configuration of the touchscreen ticket dispenser content, the content of the large display screen(s) and operational details of the queues.

MICROPRINT Lite is therefore the ideal solution for those businesses that want to offer a better service to their waiting customers, both in terms of design and information and communication regarding their products, promotions and news.
