Upgrade from our standard delivery service to express Same Day Delivery.
Only available for stocked items from our internal London warehouses, to certain delivery postcodes and subject to driver availability. please call our Sales Office with your order details and postcode prior to adding this Upgrade to check.
Please Note: We will provide a 2 hour time window for delivery, subject to traffic conditions and any other factors outside our control. We cannot give a specific delivery time within that time window. We cannot give any additional instructions to the courier driver (eg. leave next door, call mobile number etc). The package will be clearly labelled with your Name & Address and someone will need to be at the address to receive and sign for it.
If nobody is at the address when the driver first attends, or if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. or if the driver cannot gain access to your premises, then they will take photographic evidence of having visited and leave a Calling Card (if you have a letterbox) and you will need to pay and arrange re-delivery or arrange collection.
Delivery is to a main Reception or Goods In point. If your delivery address is within a shopping centre, market, or other premises with multiple units or a long distance from parking facilities then you will need to meet our driver at a main entrance or other point that is within 50 metres of a no-fee public parking space. A maximum waiting time of 15 minutes applies, otherwise additional waiting time and any parking charges will be payable.
