The Olivetti ECR 7790-SD is a versatile cash register, compact in size. It is easy to setup and use, low-cost, with an elegant Italian design. It is perfect for small retail shops, barbers, cafes, and convenience stores.

The programmable Receipt Message allows you to put your shop name/address, VAT number and other text at the top and bottom of your printed receipts.

A large keyboard permits easy function location and direct access to the first 7 departments makes item registration quick and easy, and indirect access to a further 33 departments by entering the department code.

The ECR-7790 uses 57-mm width thermal paper rolls. (1 paper roll is included in the box).

Example Uses:
In a cafe, the 7 direct department keys allow you to categorize your sales into product groups (eg. Hot Drinks, Sandwiches, Soft Drinks etc).

In a barbers shop, each of the 7 direct department keys can be used for a particular staff member, so you can see end-of #-day totals for each person. Alternatively, you can enable the Clerk features and use Clerk ID codes.

With indirect departments, a total of upto 40 departments can be used.

In practice, the 3 note sections can hold £5 £10 and £20 notes each with a spring clip to secure them. The 4 coin compartments can be combined to hold 1p/2p, 5p/10p, 20p/50p and £1/£2 coins.
