MARS Waiter Service Robot – Product Overview
The MARS Waiter Service Robot from TecStore is an intelligent indoor service robot designed to automate food delivery, item transportation, and customer interaction in environments such as restaurants, hotels, and similar commercial hospitality spaces.
Built with advanced navigation, multi-sensor fusion, and strong load capacity, it improves service efficiency while reducing labour workload.
The MARS has a robust build quality and advanced AI features normally found in much more expensive robot models, so it provides you with a cost-effective waiter service solution with considerable price saving yet without compromising quality or functionality.
The compact MARS robot requires a minimum 70mm width to navigate along the required routes within your premises. It operates perfectly on carpet, wood, stone/ceramic and marble floors, delivering food & drink items to your customers, giving upto 10 hours operation on a full charge. It can manage slopes upto 8 degrees, and glide over floor obstacles / lips upto 17mm. With 4 large trays, 43x40cm, each able to carry up to 10kg per tray, the robot's 40kg capacity enhances efficiency and service within hospitality businesses with either single-point or multi-point delivery.
AI technology allows it to avoid obstacles, including other MARS robots, interact intelligently and in a friendly manner with your customers, play voice and music, videos and advertising graphics on its large front colour display and even assist staff to collect empty plates and cups to return to the kitchen area.
Typical Uses of the MARS waiter service robot
- Restaurants and cafes for automated food & drink delivery
- Hotels for room service and guest assistance
- Other hospitality applications and supply transport
