If you have bought a new cash register from us, then with our Starter Pack we will:
* Supply and install the memory backup batteries
* Program the till with your business details
* Program your department/category names
* Professionally label the keys
* Set the Date, Time, VAT Rates as required
The Starter Pack price stated is only valid when purchased at the same time as a new till from us.
We can also provide the Starter Pack for tills purchased elsewhere, but there will be an extra charge for servicing 3rd party equipment and any call out charge or return shipping charge.
With our Programming Service we will program the till or scale with your business-specific information. Depending on the model and capabilities of your chosen cash register, this can include:-
* Date and Time settings
* Name and Address on Receipt
* Staff / Clerk Names
* Department / Product Category Names
* VAT Rates
* PLU Descriptions, Prices and Tax Rates
* Stock Levels
* Barcodes
* Preset Keys
* Special function keys (eg. discounts)
* Labelling of keys or printing key sheets
* Setting HALO high amount limits to avoid errors
Simply complete our spreadsheet with all your information and leave the rest to us.
The actual cost will vary depending on what features you require to be programmed. For additional work beyond 1 - 1.5 hours, where there is a large amount of product and stock data, or where you have multiple price levels/tariffs an additional hourly rate of £35 per hour will apply.
