SPS2000 / SPS2200 / SPS500 Internal Battery Replacement

If your Sam4s SPS-2000, SPS500 (SPS510 / SPS520) or SPS-2200 pos terminal is not retaining menu/price/screen changes after re-powering, this is generally due to the internal motherboard battery expiring causing the memory not to be stored. The internal factory-fitted battery has a typical lifetime of 5 years, after which it needs to be replaced.

With our battery replacement service we will supply and replace the internal motherboard battery (some models require soldering work on the motherboard), test it and then return it back to you.

Price is per terminal. UK Mainland addresses only. Please contact us for return shipping cost for N. Ireland, Highlands / Islands and other overseas addresses.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a Returns No. and Returns Address to return your terminal to us. We will ship the repaired terminal back to you by courier (cost included in the repair fee).
