Site visit by a Glory accredited engineer to a UK Mainland address to install new currency template for GBP banknotes including the 4 new King Charles III notes on the Glory GFS-200 series machines, including Glory GFS-220, GFS-100, GFS-110 and GFS-120.

If you are outside the UK Mainland you can ship the machine to our Service Centre and we will arrange the Glory engineer to update it. The return shipping cost will be payable.

Prior to booking, you will need to provide us with:
- Model Number of each machine
- Serial Number of each machine
- List of existing currency templates on each machine
- Confirmation that the machine powers on and is operational

A discounted rate is available for multiple machines at the same premises, please contact us with your machine details.

Template installation service will only be provided on fully working machines. If your machine is faulty or damaged, please arrange repair/replacement prior to booking the template update service. If the engineer attends and your machine is faulty (eg. doesnt power on, is physically damaged etc) then update will not be possible and no refund will be given.
