Product Information

Our Banknote Counter Hire Service is designed for businesses who wish to temporarily use a bank-grade high quality machine to count and counterfeit check a large volume of bank notes.

The standard machine is the De La Rue 2650 - which is an excellent quality banknote counter with counterfeit checking and suitable for nearly all currencies. This machine counts and displays the QUANTITY of banknotes counted (note: it is not a value counter). It pauses with an error if a suspect note is found.

Each banknote denomination is counted separately, so you cannot mix different denominations together. This enables the machines to pickup incorrect notes (eg. a £10 note stuck in a batch of £20 notes).

Each loan machine is supplied with an Easy Operating Guide to show you how to turn it on, how to prepare note bundles and how to operate and maintain the machine.

Our banknote counters are supplied ready to plug in and use immediately and work with nearly all world currencies. We also provide remote support should you require any assistance operating the machine.

Notes:
1. A shipping charge of £15 is payable each way for delivery and collection by next day courier service in the UK Mainland. A same day collection or delivery service is available in London - please call us to arrange a same day collection or delivery.
2. A £400 returnable deposit is required for each machine. This will be refunded once the machine/s has/have been returned to us and successfully inspected to be undamaged, with original box, original packaging, all accessories, cables all returned intact and clean, and within the agreed time.
3. We do not provide part refunds if you return the machine/s earlier than the initial booked period or if you do not show up to collect the machine in the agreed time window, or you do not use the machine.
4. An optional on-site set up service is available - please contact us with your location for a quote.
5. All machines must be boxed, sealed, labelled (as provided by us) and made ready for collection from the designated address on the day after the hire period during courier collection working hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri), otherwise additional hire charges will apply. If the loaned machines cannot be collected after 2 consecutive attempts by our courier then the deposit sum may be forfeited, unless you have arranged and paid for an extension of the initial hire period.
6. All our loan banknote counters are mains powered. If you require portable battery powered machines, add the optional portable power packs to your hire. This rechargeable unit then provides a 3-pin power socket to which you can connect the banknote counter anywhere.

TO HIRE A BANKNOTE COUNTER:
1. Choose the required number of days.
2. If you require multiple machines, add further machines/services to your Shopping Cart.
3. If you are not collecting/returning the machine yourself, choose the Return Courier charge in the Options above.
4. Complete the checkout and payment process.

On receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm delivery or collection arrangements.

We do not accept Card Payments for deposit or hire. You will need to complete your purchase by Online Banking / Bank Transfer.
