QS-Microtouch System Description

The QS-Microtouch is a ticket-based queue management system that is suitable for consular offices, passport offices and other organisations where a large number of walk-in visitors need to managed, either for a single service or multiple services.

The QS-MICROTOUCH has a 9.7" touch screen, an integral ticket printer, and is supplied with a sturdy counter-top stand. It uses 80mm-width thermal ticket rolls.


Each operator is supplied with a console keypad so they can call the next ticket number for their service. The ticket number and operator desk/counter is then displayed on the main screen with a voice announcement. The content of the ticket, the display and the voice annoucement can be configured using the management software. Each operator also has a 10" counter display screen so the visitor can see the desk/counter they have to go to for their ticket number.
