The Wacom STU-540 5" Colour Signature Pad is a premium electronic signature capture solution designed for demanding professional and high-traffic environments. Featuring a 5" high-resolution colour TFT LCD display with an 800 x 480 pixel resolution, the STU-540 provides a clear and professional signing interface. The display is protected by hardened anti-glare etched glass, providing excellent durability together with a natural, paper-like signing feel.

Wacom's Electromagnetic Resonance (EMR) technology works with the supplied cordless and battery-free digital pen to provide accurate signature capture with 1024 pressure levels. The active signing area measures 108 x 65mm and supports a report rate of up to 200 points per second.

For secure transaction processing, the STU-540 supports AES256 and RSA2048 encryption together with a unique hardware ID for enhanced signature traceability. USB, Virtual COM Port and RS232 connectivity provide flexible integration with compatible business systems and virtual desktop environments.

When the device is not being used for signature capture, its colour screen can also display advertising, promotional material or company branding, allowing the STU-540 to provide additional customer-facing functionality.
