Product Information

The WooCommerce POS System integration configures our SamTouch based POS systems to interface with your WooCommerce (Wordpress based) website for stock management.

Your master products database and stock levels are held on your WooCommerce website. If items are sold in your physical store through the SamTouch POS system, then it sends the details to your WooCommerce website so that stock levels are automatically deducted.

New products added on WooCommerce are automatically downloaded onto the SamTouch product database.

Please note:
This link does not exchange sales data or accounting information - you will still have separate sales/accounting reports for your sales on SamTouch and your sales on WooCommerce.

It also does not exchange any customer data or orders. Each system (SamTouch and WooCommerce) manages its own customer data and orders/transactions separately.

The WooCommerce link with SamTouch is only for the purpose of maintaining stock levels on the WooCommerce database.
