The ONIX-190e comes with a 3 year return-to-base warranty as standard, which can be optionally upgraded to an On-site Warranty (UK Mainland addresses only, available at the time of purchase only).
Performance:
The ONIX-190e has an Intel J6412 Quad Core processor, 4gb RAM memory and 128gb SSD storage giving you excellent performance for your retail or hospitality Windows-based application, whether it is installed or cloud-based. The latest Microsoft Windows 10 IoT operating system is pre-installed on the terminal and you can set up your choice of browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc.
Mounting:
The ONIX-190e terminal is supplied as standard with a robust desktop stand from which you can adjust the touchscreen panel to the desired angle between vertical to flat within a range of 0 to 90 degrees. You can optionally choose the Pole Mount Kit for greater flexibility and space saving or a VESA wall-mount bracket.
Add-On Peripherals:
If you require a rear-facing customer display the ONIX-190e offers a choice of either a 2-line Character Display or a 9.7" Colour Graphical Customer Display. Depending on the features of your pos software, this allows you to display transaction details and run promotional advertisements and other graphics. Other options include a Magstripe Card Reader for swiping staff login cards or customer loyalty cards and a Dallas Key Reader for staff login key fobs.
Ports:
A full range of inbuilt peripheral ports allows you to easily connect external equipment such as your receipt printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer and other peripherals. This includes a powered USB 3.0 port and 4 USB 2.0 ports, 3 RS232 Serial ports, a cash drawer port and an Ethernet network RJ45 port. If you require WiFi or Bluetooth then this can be done by adding a USB-Wifi/Bluetooth adapter.
