The Star mC-Print2 is a receipt printer in a space-saving, elegant cube design. It makes a good impression in numerous areas of application, especially in retail and hospitality, with its compact measurements of just 96 x 113 x 100 mm. It prints 58 mm wide receipts at a speed of up to 100 mm/sec. The integrated 'de-curler' ensures that the printed thermal paper does not roll up and fall off the counter.
The mC-Print2 has USB, Ethernet and CloudPRNT, and is additionally equipped with Bluetooth, Lightning USB and SteadyLAN technology for data transfer, charging and stable internet access for iOS.
With its integrated hub, the mC-P21 functions as a junction between multiple peripheral devices: scanner, customer display, cash drawer, etc.
Lightning USB allows users to connect with Apple iOS devices without any time-consuming set-up. Users therefore may use an iPad as a customer interaction terminal, for example, while at the same time giving the POS a particularly modern touch.
The super-compact, front-feed mC-Print2 printers offer high quality printing and exceptional functionality with up to 5 interfaces including Star CloudPRNT as well as hub functionality, controlling select USB peripherals attached to the printer including Cash Drawer, Scanner and Customer Display.
Star’s unique SteadyLAN™ connectivity provides data, charging and network connectivity directly to supported tablets without the need for WiFi – the stability of a cabled connection with the flexibility of a Tablet POS System is now possible.
