If your package doesnt include Programming or you require additional programming beyond the free Initial Programming of a package, then purchase this service as an add-on.
With our Standard Programming Service we can pre-configure the POS software with your business details including:
* Receipt Header/Footer Information
* On-screen Logo and Receipt Logo
* Staff and Manager logins
* Product Groups / Departments
* Sales Screens
* VAT Rates
* Hot Keys for Payment Methods
* Functions Keys for % Discounts
* Setup of non-barcoded Products (upto 200 items/variations)
We will email you the Programming Form to complete and return, and then we can either pre-load the settings onto your POS Terminal or upload it remotely through internet access to your system. Typical turnaround time is 3-5 working days.
If you have more than 200 items/variations you will be able to add these yourself following the format we have used as well as follow the steps in the User Manual, or we can quote you for our data-entry service for large numbers of products.
With our Advanced Programming Service we can also configure:
* Mix & Match Offers & Promotions (eg. Buy 2 for £1, Buy 1 Get 1 Free etc)
* Pop-up Modifiers & Options
* Selective Discounting (eg. only discount food)
* Macros for common functions
* Other advanced requirements.
