FOR DIGI SM120, SM5300, SM6000 and METTLER SCALES

Box of 10 thermal label rolls, 58mm width, continuous linerless label rolls.

Each Roll length: 65 metres approx.

Labels are plain white, have top coating and chill adhesive making them suitable for fridge/freezer use. 40mm core size.

Suitable for Digi SM-120 series scales, SM-5300, SM-6000 and other compatible Digi, Epelsa and Mettler scale models that use 58mm-width linerless label rolls with 40mm core size.

Advantages of Linerless Labels
Linerless labels are designed to take full advantage of the functionality of Digi label printers and do away with the paper liners that used to be commonplace in label printing. In addition to there being zero liner waste, label length is automatically adjusted to the amount of information on the label for each item, thereby minimizing label size. So, linerless labels simultaneously reduce the environmental impact of liner waste and make labeling less expensive and more efficient.

Contributing to zero-waste and lower carbon footprint
DIGI's linerless labels are putting zero waste into practice by significantly reducing the consumption of paper, one of society’s invaluable resources. The length of label liner reduction in 2020 thanks to DIGI linerless labels was enough to circle the earth 13 times. Moreover, the savings made in wood, water, and electricity needed for producing paper liners are an effective way of reducing environmental impact and carbon footprint, while at the same time lowering labeling cost.

Advantages of eliminating the paper liner<br/> Since these labels don't use liners, they simply do not produce paper liner waste. Eliminating the liner means that just that much more label stock can be wound on a roll of given diameter, so you get more labels out of each roll. Since this halves the frequency of roll replacement, downtime for replacement is reduced accordingly, resulting in greater productivity. And not only is label replacement easier, but costs associated with label shipping and storage are reduced as well.
