Combining accurate weighing, a large capacitive operator touchscreen, a raised customer display, and high-resolution 300 dpi label and receipt printing, it provides a professional solution for modern retail weighing and labelling.

The SM-5300 P X features a 10.1-inch WSVGA capacitive operator touchscreen with 1024 x 600 resolution. Its full touchscreen interface provides operators with a clear and intuitive working environment while removing the need for a conventional physical keypad.

A raised 7-inch WVGA customer display with 800 x 480 resolution provides clear customer-facing information. The display also supports multimedia and video playback, allowing retailers to present promotional content and advertisements directly to customers during transactions.

The integrated printer provides professional 300 dpi output at speeds of up to 150mm per second, subject to the thermal media used. Standard liner label and receipt media are supported, while a linerless printer with automatic cutter is available as a factory option for retailers requiring flexible linerless labelling.

Standard connectivity includes Ethernet 10/100 Base-T, four USB 2.0 ports, and an RJ11 interface. Optional wireless connectivity and additional DIGI retail technologies can further extend the system for more advanced store environments.
