The Digi SM120LL is a premium label printing scale. Robust build quality, easy to set up, easy to use and convenient continuous label roll allows variable size labels or receipts to be printed.
The SM120LL provides superior build quality and ease of use compared to similarly priced labelling scales, and has a comprehensive range of functions. The 'LL' stands for Linerless Labels that allow you to print variable length receipts/labels.
COMPREHENSIVE LABEL CONTENT
Labels are printed onto plain continuous stationery and cut cleanly with the built-in auto-cutter. The label layout can include your shop name and telephone number, the product name, unit price, calculated price, the weight, the price/weight embedded barcode, packed date/time, 'use by' or 'sell by' date, and other information such as ingredients, allergy details, traceability details and storage instructions.
Traceability details can include country (born and fatten), cutting hall, slaughter house, kind, category, breed, GTIN, lot number, supplier name/address, contact details, Eat By date ad reference number.
The advantage of having a linerless label format is you can include as much data as you require on each label without worrying about space restrictions, while still saving label costs by having smaller labels for items that do not require much data.
MULTIPLE MODES
The SM120LL from TecStore can be operated in Label mode or Receipt mode. Label mode will print single labels per item. Receipt mode will consolidate multiple items onto one ticket.
It uses linerless label rolls and has a built in auto-cutter, giving you the flexibility to print different size labels/tickets.
SALES REPORTING
Reports are maintained showing you the quantity and value of each item sold and a summary.
KEYBOARD SPECIFICATION
The Digi SM120-LL has 56 preset keys for your most popular items, which can also be used with a shift level to increase capacity. Additional items can be accessed by PLU number.
WEIGHING CAPACITY
Standard model is 15kg capacity. 6g or 30kg are available on request for special order.
USABILITY
The scale can be set to Label Mode or Receipt mode. In Label mode, it will print a barcode/price label for each individual item as it is weighed. The label can be defined to include the store name and store details, the product name, the price per kg, the weight of the item and the price, with a price/weight-embedded barcode. Ingredients, use by date, storage instructions, allergy details etc can also be included on the label.
SALES RECEIPTS
In receipt mode, it will add items to a bill, and then print an Itemised Receipt at the end of the transaction. If you operate the scale as a till, then an optional cash drawer and barcode scanner can be added to provide a full POS solution.
When set to Receipt mode, the Digi SM120LL has 4 memory buttons so you can serve and accumulate items on a bill for upto 3 different customers at the same time.
PROGRAMMING / CONFIGURATION SERVICE
We offer a configuration service for the SM120LL. Simply email us:
- a list of your Product Categories
- the name/address/number you want printed at the top of your labels
- the name of each item and its Price per Kg
We will configure the scale and print the label sheet for the keys, so your new scale is delivered ready for immediate use. You can make price changes easily using the menu functions, or by connecting a Windows laptop to the scale with a data cable.
