The SM-5300 H X features a 10.1-inch WSVGA capacitive operator touchscreen with 1024 x 600 resolution. Its full touchscreen interface provides operators with a clear and intuitive working environment while eliminating the need for a conventional physical keypad.

A separate 10.1-inch customer display with 1024 x 600 resolution provides clear customer-facing information. The SM-5300 X platform also supports video playback, allowing promotional and advertising content to be presented to customers during retail transactions.

The integrated printer provides professional 300 dpi label and receipt printing at speeds of up to 150mm per second, subject to the thermal media used. Standard liner media is supported, while a linerless printer with automatic cutter is available as a factory-fitted option.

The hanging configuration keeps the weighing system suspended above the work area, helping preserve valuable counter space while keeping the touchscreen and customer display clearly visible.
