Complete Sam4s POS solution for fashion shops - clothing, jewellers, shoes, gift shops, designer boutiques, school uniform retailers, sports shops, fashion accessories and similar retail businesses where products are sold by size/colour and/or where you have a large number of products which are both barcoded and unbarcoded.

This includes DIY shops, gift / accessories shops, builders merchants, plumbers merchants, furniture stores, bicycle shops and trade/wholesale businesses.

No Monthly / Annual Usage Fees. Buy the system outright with one-off initial payment.

The QuickStore POS software has comprehensive features for all types of sales, discounts, refunds, exchanges, customer database / credit accounts, full stock management, barcode scanning, and a range of sales, profit and stock reports. You can scan barcodes or select products from a list or search by code. You can also generate and print your own barcode labels with the optional label printer.











This is an installed system, so you do not require a permanent cloud / internet connection to use the system - the programs and your business data are stored locally on the terminal at your premises, 100% under your control. You will however require internet connection initially for us to provide the remote training session or you can optionally purchase and book on-site training.

COMPLETE POS PACKAGE
The standard pack includes a modern design touchscreen terminal, a fast receipt / report printer, a solid cash drawer and a handsfree laser barcode scanner. You can optionally add a barcode label printer if you wish to generate your own barcode labels, and use your own Card Payment Terminal alongside (non-integrated) the system for processing credit and debit card payments.

FASHION MATRIX
The POS software incorporates a Fashion Matrix which allows stock management by Style, Size and Colour. The Style incorporates the unique product description. Sizes can be made up of individual descriptions such as "Small", "Medium", "Large", "Extra Large" or abbreviations such as S, M. L. XL, XXL or codes & numbers such as 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 etc, or 32, 32A, 32B etc. Colours can also be descriptions such as "Red", "Ruby Red", "Wine Red" etc or they can be codes such as GRY, BLK, BLU and so on. You may set up your own codes and descriptions, and also categorise them into groups for ease of allocation to specific styles and products. Different sizes and colours may have varying cost prices and selling prices if required. Products may also be marked as End of Line, Seasonal, Replenishable to facilitate re-ordering.

EASY POINT OF SALE
Streamlined POS functions for sales, refunds and exchanges allow staff to process transactions quickly and easily for maximum throughput and customer satisfaction, and instant production of the Sales Receipt. Products can be sold by barcode scanning, entry of product codes, or selection from a list by brand and category. For non-stocked items, the system allows Special Orders to be entered and tracked. You can override prices and apply discounts as needed, and this price flexibility can be controlled by login name and password. Multiple payment methods are supported such as cash, card, voucher, gift card and others.

COMPREHENSIVE REPORTS
The QuickStore package includes end of day sales reports, till reconciliation reports, gross profit reports, various stock, sales and financial accounting/vat reports. These can be printed for a particular day or date period such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, year to date and so on.

CUSTOMER DATABASE
The Customer Database allows you to operate customer & trade accounts, provide credit terms, as well as operate multiple price levels and loyalty schemes.

STOCK MANAGEMENT
The system provides sophisticated Stock Management as well as supplier ordering, re-order trigger levels, delivery tracking, returns and special orders. It stores your cost of goods so can accurately provide both sales and gross profit reports for your business performance. You may either use the manufacturers product barcodes for identification or (using the optional Label Printer) generate and print your own product barcode labels.



SERVICES

1. PROGRAMMING
Initial Programming includes set up of your receipt information, staff list, product groups and open product items (upto 200 items/variations), with upto Half Days work by our technician included free as part of the package price. Following training, you can add unlimited additional items/variations yourself.

Programming (Standard) provides up to 1 working day technician work.

Programming (Advanced) provides up to 2 working days technician work and includes all the items in the Standard service, plus set up of advanced functions such as discounts, service charges, mix & match offers, deals/promotions, loyalty points / customer database, multiple vat rates, multiple transaction types, stock management and more complex requirements.

2. TRAINING
Remote Training to cover basic operations of the system, including sales, reports, data backup, adding/changing products & prices is included as a 1 hour session free as part of the package. Extended sessions of 2-hour or 3-hour can be included in the Options above.

3. ONGOING SUPPORT
Hardware is covered by the 3 year manufacturers warranty and we provide related support free for 3 years. Most hardware queries can be resolved by phone/email if related to configuration issues, otherwise if equipment has a fault then it will be repaired/replaced under the RTB warranty.

Software support to assist with specific usage queries is available free for 1 year by phone and email during our support hours. There is a time limit of 15 minutes per phone call/day on the free service. You can send unlimited emails with specific queries. Note that the software support service is only for specific queries, it is not a substitute for booking a training session to cover extensive features.

4. SITE VISITS
On-site Installation and Training services are optionally available throughout the UK and elsewhere. Travel costs apply - please contact us with your postcode for a quote.
