The Sapphire Dry Cleaning POS till system from TecStore has been specifically configured for professional dry cleaner businesses. It supersedes our popular Pegasus Dry Cleaning EPoS System with more modern higher-performance hardware. The complete business solution has comprehensive features for printing and tracking dry cleaning, laundry and repair-service transactions, it is easy to set up, it is reliable in operation and very easy to use.

There are no ongoing software fees to pay, just the one-off package purchase cost, so you have peace of mind. It is not a cloud-based system, so does not require an internet connection to operate. That also makes it more secure as your data is stored on your local POS terminal, and it is much faster in use. An optional cloud-based back office module is available if required if you wish to remotely manage your system, obtain live sales reports or manage multiple branches.

The Sapphire Dry Cleaning package includes a high-quality Sam4s-branded 15" EPoS Touchscreen Terminal with modern slimline design, a computerised slideout Cash Drawer, a thermal Receipt Printer, a dry-cleaning Ticket Printer, a Barcode Scanner and specially configured EPOS Software to give you a fast, easy-to-use, full-featured dry cleaning business solution. Optional add a rear-facing Advertising Display and Integrated Card Payment machine.

Below are examples of screen shots set up for a particular dry cleaning shop. All screens can be customised easily for your own services and products as required, either as a single screen or as a set of structured screens and sub-screens.












Easy to use and easy to set up your services and products, prices and retail item barcodes. Stock management functions. Promotions, mix & match offers and multi-buy discounts. Ticket management to store and recall active tickets by ticket number, receipt barcode and selection from a list.

Functions for Deposit Payments, Part Payments, Void and Cancel. Staff access to different functions can be controlled by different user levels. Includes staff time keeping features to record working hours for wages. Numerous sales, financial and management reports.

Customer Database
The Customer Database allows you to store name, address and contact details as well as list previous completed orders for each customer. If you provide trade dry cleaning / laundry services to hotels and guest houses then it also allows you to operate multiple price levels and loyalty schemes and operate an accounts ledger to track invoices and payments with a set credit limit. You may print either mini receipts or A4 Invoices which can be printed and/or emailed.

Optional Back Office System:
If you have multiple stores, or wish to manage your single-store system remotely from another location or while mobile, then we can also offer an optional Remote Back Office System this allows you to obtain virtually live sales reports for your branches, update your products/prices remotely and run various management and financial reports from any computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone over the internet. As this optional Remote Back Office System is cloud-based and requires use of our web server, it does have an annual subscription fee of £150 per annum per terminal system.



Additional Notes:
The Lead Time stated above refers to the equipment. Service for programming to setup the software has a typical turnaround time of 7-10 working days once we receive your completed form and your product/service price lists. Remote/On-site training is booked by schedule and typically accommodated at 1-2 working days prior notice.

The new Sapphire package replaces our popular Pegasus dry cleaning system, with a newer, faster Intel processor, a more slimline modern design and a double-bend stand that allows the touchscreen to be adjusted to the required angle by the operator.
