Q-Next PRO is an electronic queue management system to call forward the next customer to an available counter. It is widely in post offices, banks, retail stores, airports and similar requirements that need to show queuing customers which is the next operator, counter or service desk available.

Q-Next PRO is suitable where there is a single queue and the person at the front of the queue has to be directed to the next available counter. No tickets or appointments required, ideal for walk-in services.

The standard Q-Next Pro package includes a large digital display screen (which can be wall mounted, or ceiling suspended or fitted to a floor stand) with voice module, 3 wireless operator keypads, and the required mini PC and software. You can add additional operator keypads as required.

Each operator has a small wireless keypad on their counter/desk to call the next customer/visitor. (Alternatively a software app can be used on a smartphone, tablet or PC). The large digital display then shows that desk/counter number and makes an audible voice announcement.

No cabling is required around your premises as the operator keypads are wireless, as is the small computer server to which the main display screen is connected. You simply need your own WiFi Router with good quality signal in the areas of usage.
