Acrylic Screens - Custom Design & Manufacture
We can arrange custom design and manufacture of acrylic plastic screen guards to your precise size, shape and angles / curvature.

The material is either 5mm OptiClear or 6mm thick clear cast acrylic (Perspex). All the edges are smooth. And the corners can be square (standard) or optionally rounded (approx 30degrees). The counter-top feet are slid on, with quite a tight secure fit, and as they extend to both sides, do give sufficient stability.

Stability Options:
Alternative to the slotted feet, we can also pre-drill holes so the screens can be fitted to a counter or side wall with brackets (either screwed in, or with industrial 2-sided tape). Furthermore, there is the option to wire-suspend the screens from a ceiling and we can pre-drill holes and supply hooks and wire for that.

Covid Screen Size Options:
We can manufacture the screens upto 2metre width for any single panel. If using the slotted feet, we recommend a maximum height of 1200mm. But if you are going to use wall/counter brackets or ceiling suspension then obviously we can make the screens to larger heights.

Serving/Payment Cutout Windows:
This can be cut to the required shape and size.

Modular Screens with Hinges:
With modular covid protection screens, they can be adjoined in sequence with side separator panels / returns. We can also affix hinges so the side panels can be angled as required to match the shape of your counter.

Printing Options:
We can apply vinyl text & graphics to the screens, if you wish to brand them, include promotional messages / customer advice etc.

1-10 screens: 7-10 days.
11-100 screens: 14-21 days.
