Product Information


The PAX A920 touchscreen card machine is supplied free as part of a rolling monthly subscription* with Dojo. Accept all major Visa & Mastercard debit cards, credit cards, contactless, ApplePay and other common payment methods and get paid to your bank account the next day, 7 days a week. Amex and MOTO payments optional.

It will readily provide integrated card payments with our Sam4s SamTouch POS systems (Titan, Sapphire, Forza) as well as CES Touch and other compatible POS software, allowing you to serve your customers faster, reduce mistakes and automatically reconcile end of day reports.

Available to UK business customers only with retail premises selling consumer goods/services or hospitality outlets selling food/drink (eg. convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, takeaways, bars and restaurants). Your address must be a verifiable business address connected directly to you or your registered business (with a lease and utility bill) with matching signage on the outside. We cannot process DoJo merchant account applications for card terminals to a residential address.



Once signed up, you simply pay a monthly gateway fee and transaction charges - as quoted specific to your business. See 'How to Order' section below - you will be issued a no-obligation Quote first.

The PAX A920 wireless card machine works via WiFi or GPRS. It can be set to operate either in Standalone mode where you key enter the transaction amount, or to POS Integration mode where it will automatically link to compatible POS systems including SamTouch, ICR TouchPoint and CES Touch.

When used in GPRS mode, the multi-network SIM card supplied will automatically switch to the UK mobile network with the strongest signal at your location - whether O2, Vodafone or EE, assuring you of speed and reliability at all times.

Buy Out of your Existing Contract

* = The rolling monthly contract applies if your annual card payment processing turnover is over £150,000 (£12,500+ per month). If it is less than £150,000 per year then a 6 month minimum contract term applies, after which you can give 1 months notice anytime if you wish.

How to Order:
Simply add the required number of machines to your shopping cart on our site and checkout, adding any other equipment from our site that you need. A DoJo rep will then contact you, and based on your business type and monthly card payments turnover, quote you the most competitive deal available, without obligation. If you accept the quote, then the merchant account approval process will be completed and the card machine(s) will be delivered directly to you, ready to use. Please also see Notes section below.

If your order total on our Checkout page comes to £0.00, just choose the bank payment option to complete the online order. You won't need to make any initial payment.

If you intend to integrate the card machine(s) with one of our compatible POS systems, then we will arrange remote integration.








Notes:
1. TecStore acts as an introducing agent for DoJo merchant accounts and card payment machines. Your card machine contract will be directly with DoJo Payment Sense and you will be responsible for the ongoing monthly fees and transaction charges payable to them for the duration of your contract, and return of the machine to them in the event you cancel.

The product and service information above is provided by TecStore in good faith and believed to be current and accurate, but nevertheless we recommend you obtain written confirmation of all the details you expect in your contract with DoJo Payment Sense from them prior to acceptance of a merchant account.

2. If you decide not to accept the merchant account quotation from DoJo Payment Sense and you notify us or our designated associate within 14 days of a provisional order with us for related items (stand, paper rolls) then your order for any PAX A920 mounting stand and paper rolls will automatically be cancelled and refunded by us. However, cancellation will not automatically apply to any other product/service you purchase on our site at the same time which will remain subject to our Cancellation Policy as detailed in our Terms.

3. Integration with one of our POS systems is free for initial setup only, when done remotely or part of a POS system installation visit. If you subsequently change your router, connection type, network cabling, wish to switch from integrated mode to standalone mode or vice versa, or any other such reconfiguration that requires our technical support services then a £25 fee will apply each time per machine/terminal to be reconfigured.
