The SamView Android Smartphone App provides you with virtual live sales reporting on your smartphone. You can instantly see total sales, a breakdown by product category / product line, hourly sales figures and reports for the previous days from anywhere in the world provided you have an internet connection. The live totals can be updated instantly at the press of the refresh button.
The fee relates to our setup charges for configuring your Router with port forwarding and your POS system to communicate securely to your nominated smartphone.
For initial implementation, you will need to provide all of the following:
* The Make & Model of your Router
* The administrator username & password for your Router
Note: this is NOT the same as the WiFi settings and you can obtain it from your IT contractor or your router supplier.
* The Make, Model and Android version on your smartphone
* You will need to download and run the TeamViewer application on your POS terminal(s) and on your Android phone and provide us with the corresponding ID and Password to configure them.
Note:
This service requires an internet connection for your POS terminal.
Your Internet Router must have a Static IP Address - please check with your internet service provider.
If you require access from multiple smartphones then additional fees apply.
You cannot make any system changes from the smartphone, it is for reporting only. If you wish to make price / product / menu / screen changes, then see our remote back office solutions instead.
If you change your router, ISP or smartphone in the future then re-configuration fees will apply.
