eSpresso is a Windows-based program for programming Sam4s NR510R, NR510F and NR520R cash registers and running reports, as well as editing and printing the keyboard sheet with your menu items. It is also suitable for the Sam4s ER230/ER-230 portable till and the Sam4s ER260/ER-260 retail cash register.

If you are managing lots of products on your cash register, or making frequent changes, then the eSpresso software saves a lot of time, reduces errors and makes the whole process much more streamlined. It also allows you to retrieve sales data and run various financial and sales analysis reports.

The program is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 computers & laptops. (Not suitable for Apple Mac computers). It replaces the former SamLite program which is now discontinued.

You can transfer program settings and sales data from the NR500 series cash register using either an SDHC memory card or an (optional) RS232 Data Cable with 9-pin plug.

Notes:

1. With this latest Espresso version 1.2.1, your NR-510/520 cash register will need to have EPROM version 2.005 or above. If you require assistance with EPROM update please contact us for a quote.

2. If you have other apps on your computer which use a different sql version, or 3rd-party apps or drivers that interfere with installation or use of the program, then you will need to uninstall those or use a different computer. In newer Windows versions 'S' mode will need to be disabled, and you may need to set the program to work in Compatibility Mode.

3. Programming utilities are designed for dealers and technically competent end-users already familiar with them. Beyond the setup instructions included, we do not provide free user support or training on these utility programs - please purchase our technical support or training services if required.

4. Shipping of the data cable is free in the UK Mainland only. Additional delivery charges will apply for addresses outside UK Mainland.
