Product Information


The Avery Berkel XTs500 is ideal for fishmongers and similar business that sell food in wet areas. The raised screen helps give the retail weighing machine a reduced footprint and allows the operator to maintain eye-contact with the customer while protecting the machine from liquid splashes and food stains.











TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY
The XTs500 has a crisp, clear 7-inch operator touchscreen that is simple and quick to use. Buttons and screen graphics can be increased in size to suit your preference. It also has a tactile keypad for your most frequently used functions.

REAR CUSTOMER DISPLAY
The XTs500 has a choice of customer-facing display- choose either 7-inch or 10-inch. The customer display shows the name, weight and price of items as they are weighed and/or registered, as well as allowing you to run sales adverts and promotions.

SET UP & TRAINING SERVICES AVAILABLE
We provide services for initial programming of the scale and operator / manager training with all our XTi series scales, so your machine arrives ready to use.

Standard Programming is included FREE and allows for upto 150 items to be programmed by us with one of the standard label templates, your company logo / shop name/address, and with the scale functions set for use in counter mode.

Advanced Programming is an additional cost and allows for upto 300 items to be programmed, customised label layout with additional graphics, set up of ingredients / allergens, nutrition information, on-screen advertising graphics and features such as Self Service and POS mode.

Training at our London offices is included FREE and is a 2 hour session that covers label roll loading, transaction functions, changing prices and adding new products. On-site training at your premises is also available at an additional cost for either half-day (3.5 hours) or full-day (6 hours). Travel charges may also apply - please contact us with your postcode for a quote.

Please note: we do not carry out any installation building work such as drilling, screwing, cutting, trunking etc. You will need to contract a professional tradesman who is insured to carry out such work.
