Product Information


The BKT Check Weighing Scale has an integrated ticket printer. It is ideal for applications where the weights of items have to be checked and recorded. It prints labels with the date, time and weight with an optional barcode or QR code.

If your items are sold at a fixed price and/or weight, then using the PC software you can set up templates to include the price and/or weight as fixed text on the printed label, and include other information, barcode and graphics.

The BKT scale has a plate size of 300mm x 400mm and is available in various capacity and readability versions:

Larger capacity models 120kg, 75kg, 150kg, 300kg, 600kg with plate sizes upto 600x800mm also available on request.

In Check Weighing Mode, you can set the acceptable range as either a weight or as a percentage. The machine will alert you for items outside your defined range.

Editing software (for use on a Windows PC) allows the label format to be customised. Content can include Net Weight, Gross Weight, Tare Weight, Unit Weight, Quantity (when used in parts counting mode). You can print multiple labels at once. You can add custom text, barcode / QR code, and logo / images to the label too.

A separate Data Collection Software can be optionally purchased that allows data to be transferred to a PC with the optional PC Data Cable for reporting purposes.
