The Food Labelling Pack B from TecStore is put together for warehouse/factory based food producers who prepare/pack, import and/or distribute their own products to sell to retail shops and supermarkets. It is suitable where all items are the same net weight, such as pre-packed jars, packs, biscuits, nuts and other food items and sold at a fixed price.

Labels can include your product name, company name / logo and other images / graphics, a fixed barcode (EAN / UPC format), the fixed weight of the item, ingredients, cooking / storage instructions and other text.

The included Check Weighing Scale is a stand-alone washdown scale that lets you verify the weight of each item - either below, within range, or over. The checkwieght unit helps you ensure your product is within the required weight range.

The labelling system is appropriate for low-medium volume requirements where you may be printing upto several hundred labels per day.

BRECKNELL C3236 CHECK WEIGHT SCALE



The C3236 washdown checkweigher is portable with an internal re-chargeble battery gives approximately 20 hours of usage between charges or can be operated direct from mains power supply. C3236 has an auto off feature, which can be disabled, to switch the scale off after 10 minutes of inactivity. A battery charge indicator is built in to the display giving an instant check on the condition of the battery, the scale also displays battery low when recharging is required.

Available in a choice of 3kg, 6kg and 15kg capacities with resolution of 1 part in 6000 to give good accuracy.

The C3236 is scale built to work in harsh, wet environments such as portion control, food processing, meat preparation areas, catering kitchens, etc. Washable and corrosion free.

The C3236 has a 229 mm x 190 mm (9" x 7.5") platform and a bright red LED display with 13 mm (0.5") high digits.

Simple to operate the keyboard has four buttons – Off, On/Zero, Tare and Function. The Function key gives access to the checkweigher set up for targets and tolerances, unit switching and count modes.

With the Tare feature you can deduct the weight of the empty container to give you an accurate net product weight.

An audible buzzer is included which sounds when the weight is within the accept range – this can be switched off if required.

ZEBRA GK420D THERMAL LABEL PRINTER


The Zebra GK420d direct thermal printer offers the best value in a basic desktop printer, featuring a fast 5 inches per second print speed to meet your low- to medium-volume printing requirements. The GK420d has a sleek and compact design, boasts the smallest footprint in a 4-inch desktop printer.

The GK420d comes standard with EPL and ZPL programming languages, and dual connectivity (USB, serial) for easy integration into existing systems. For additional flexibility, 10/100 internal Ethernet is also available on request.

Box includes USB cable, user and programming manuals, ZebraDesigner (free version) label design software and Windows drivers.

Optional Upgrade: An upgraded Zebra GX-430T model allows for Thermal Transfer printing with a wax ribbon, giving more permanent and resilient print than conventional direct thermal printing at 203dpi and also with a choice of label finishes.
